Birthday Club Rules:
🎉 Members must be registered at least one week before the first day of their birthday month to be eligible for the shout-out and prize drawing.
🍭 Birthday Club members must be between 0 and 17 years old.
🍬 Parent must be a subscriber of Macaroni Kid Bethesda, Chevy Chase & Potomac to register their children for the Birthday Club. If not subscribers at the time of registration, email address will be subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time, but you must remain a subscriber to enjoy Birthday Club benefits. Being a Subscriber is free and your information will never be shared!
