When my daughters were toddlers, I was so surprised by how many programs there were for children, of all ages, at our local libraries. As I have researched the offerings in Bethesda, Chevy Chase and Potomac for Macaroni Kid BCCP, I realize there are more than ever (and special one-time events, too). There are even ongoing programs geared specifically toward teens. On a recent visit to Potomac Library, I chatted with Cindy Gil, Head of Children's Services.
